About The Turning of The Seasons

A quiet wisdom that comes with the turning of the seasons

As I look out of my window and watch the leaves transform into a vivid mosaic of reds, yellows, and oranges, I can’t help but marvel at the beauty of the season. Autumn, with its cool breezes and falling leaves, is a time of transition, a reminder that everything has its season and its time. This year, I’ve learned to appreciate living in harmony with the changing seasons, finding meaning in the cycle of life that each one represents.

Autumn marks the shift from the warmth of summer to the crisp coolness of winter, from a vibrant, energy-filled season to a more subdued and introspective time. It’s a transition from light to darkness, and at times, it can feel overwhelming. Yet, it’s in the cool embrace of autumn that I’ve learned to appreciate warmth and connectedness more. In the gentle hush of falling leaves, I find solace and the space to process and heal in my unique and personal way.

It’s a time to turn inward. Valuing the importance of looking within to find strength and resilience.

Just as the trees let go of their leaves, I too can shed what no longer serves me, making room for new growth and fresh beginnings.
