an diesem Tag die Streckenführung übernehmen. Die Wanderung ist ein Safe Space für Schwarze FLINTA* und richtet sich an alle Outdoor Begeisterte sowie
Naturliebhaber*innen mit und ohne Wandererfahrung.

As a result, I was obligated to take a small break from social media and blogging over the last week so I could focus on two exciting projects, one of which I will introduce you shortly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Meanwhile, I planning to continue my blog in the near future so I can share with you some of these great pending interviews of BIPoC Women enriching the Sustainability and Wellness niches with their work and in their own special way.

So my first project that I have been preparing for a few weeks is a Black Girl Hiking tour 🥾here in my area. A a safe hiking tour for Black women.

This will be my first event that I organize together with a sister and I am totally excited to share all the important informations about the tour with you during the evening. ♥

❂,,Slow Media:’’ Social Media breaks can imp ❂,,Slow Media:’’ Social Media breaks can improve our wellbeing. Social media has its good sides: I enjoy using it for exchanging knowledge, networking, interacting and getting inspired. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nevertheless, I also think that it's important to take small breaks sometimes, to let go of my need to constantly check out my phone and to relieve myself of various pressures.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Occasionally, I do this by turning off social media apps or notifications for a certain period of time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In some cases, I make a digital detox, for one ore more days. Sometimes it’s more than needed. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Especially in times where we spend hours on social media and little time to take care of our bodies and enjoy life outside and offline.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think a healthy balance between both is essential to still enjoy our offline and digital life at the same time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is my understanding on how to use social media consciously. My way of Slow Media.

Having an evening ritual is as important as having a morning one.

Currently I love looking out the window while enjoying my herbal tea and observing how the world slowly settles into silence.
